FLAUM, Circuit Judge. Defendant Kenneth Mullins operated a cocaine and marijuana stash house, along with Terrance Washington, in Mullins’s apartment. While executing a search warrant based on an affidavit filed by Deputy Kyle Boomer, police uncovered a large quantity of drugs in the apartment. After Mullins’s indictment, several factual inaccuracies in the affidavit came to light.
