LIPEZ, Circuit Judge. This case requires us to determine whether the district court correctly attributed more than one kilogram of heroin to defendant-appellant Victor Laboy when sentencing him on a drug distribution charge. We must also determine whether the district court correctly imposed a leadership role adjustment for Laboy’s gang activities. Finding no error, we affirm.
