PIaintiffs/landowners in this legacy litigation 1 appeal a judgment granting a motion for summary judgment based on prescription filed by defendant, BP America Production Company (BP), and dismissing *169their claims against it. Finding that numerous genuine issues of material fact remain, we reverse. FACTS
