On the 31st day of March, 1917, Mrs. Nancy O. Fox executed to the Texas Pacific Coal Company, the predecessor of the Texas Pacific Coal Oil Company, an oil and gas lease on a tract of 376 acres of land, in which the six plaintiffs in this suit, who are her children, owned an undivided interest of 174 acres, and she owned the remaining undivided interest in the tract.
