OPINION {¶ 1} Appellant, Kimberly Johnston, appeals the judgment of the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, granting appellee, Ashtabula County Children Services Board's, Motion Requesting Modification of Temporary Custody to *Page 2 Permanent Custody of Johnston's children. For the following reasons, we affirm the decision of the court below.</
