OPINION THOMPSON, Judge. ¶ 1 The state appeals from the trial court's decision vacating Stephen H.’s commitment to the Arizona Community Protection and Treatment Center (ACPTC) under Arizona’s Sexually Violent Persons (SVP) Act, Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) sections 36-3701 to -3717 (2002). For the following reasons, we reverse and remand to the trial court for reinstatement of the commitment.
