HOWARD, Circuit Judge. Specialty National Insurance Company appeals the district court’s decision, reached on cross-motions for summary judgment, that Specialty, rather than ap-pellee OneBeacon Insurance Company, has the duty to indemnify a policyholder for liability arising out of a catastrophic accident. We reverse and remand for entry of judgment in favor of Specialty.
