This matter is before this Court on Edward R. Dunphy's appeal of the judgment of sentence entered on September 16, 2009, by the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. Appellant raises challenges to the sufficiency of the evidence to support his third degree murder conviction and to the discretionary aspects of his sentence.
