MEMORANDUM AND ORDER1 BESOSA, District Judge. Before the Court is defendants’ motion to alter the amended judgment, (Docket No. 23), which plaintiffs oppose, (Docket No. 24). For the reasons discussed below, the motion is GRANTED. The amended judgment, (Docket. No. 22), is modified, and the case against Dr. Hernán Fuentes-Figueroa is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
