MILLER, P.J., — This matter comes before the court on motions for summary judgment filed by Thiel College and Lambda Chi Alpha. FACTUAL BACKGROUND On October 18, 1985, at approximately 7:15 p.m. plaintiff’s decedent, Michael Millard, a freshman student at Thiel College, was killed on Route 322, southwest of Conneaut Lake, Crawford County, Pennsylvania when decedent’s motorcycle was
