WINDOM, Presiding Judge. Roger James Young and Timothy James Davis were tried jointly and convicted of various offenses they committed together. In particular, Young was convicted of one count of first-degree burglary, see § 13A-7-5, Ala. Code 1975, and two counts of first-degree robbery, see § 13A-8-41, Ala. Code 1975. As a result, Young was sentenced to concurrent terms of 20 years in prison for each conviction.
