GRUENDER, Circuit Judge. A jury found Rory Meeks guilty of conspiracy to manufacture 1,000 or more marijuana plants, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. The district court 1 sentenced Meeks to 240 months’ imprisonment. Meeks appeals his conviction and sentence. For the following reasons, we affirm. <
