Valerie Bonner filed a negligence action against Imperial Palace of Mississippi LLC (IPM) regarding an injury she allegedly sustained in 2010 when she slipped and fell at the Back Bay Buffet at the Imperial Palace Casino, Resort, and Spa in Biloxi, Mississippi. The Harrison County Circuit Court granted IPM’s motion for summary judgment. Finding no error, we affirm. STATEMENT
