SCHWELB, Associate Judge: On April 5, 1994, Anthony Boyd entered a plea of guilty to both counts of a two-count indictment charging him with distribution of heroin and with possession of heroin with intent to distribute it (PWID), in violation of D.C.Code § 33-541(a)(l) (1993). He was sentenced to serve two concurrent terms of imprisonment for from ten to thirty years, with each sentence including a ten-year mandatory minimum.
