The issue we address in this appeal is whether the 2004 amendments to the workers’ compensation statutes make ma-terialmen on a construction work site statutory employees for worker’s compensation immunity purposes. We hold that materialmen are still excluded from the definition of a statutory employee, and that the general contractor is therefore not entitled to immunity from tort liability for ordinary job site
