MOORE, Judge. Elizabeth Ellen Willey (“the former wife”) appeals from a judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court (“the trial court”) dismissing her petition for a rule nisi, in which she asserted that Allen Edward Wil-ley (“the former husband”) had faded to pay alimony as ordered in a judgment divorcing the parties. We affirm the trial court’s judgment in part, reverse it in part, and remand the cause with instructions. <
