Cureton, Judge: In this declaratory judgment action, Shipyard Property Owners’ Association (Shipyard) seeks a judicial declaration granting it authority to alter the assessment provisions in the covenants and restrictions for certain property owners in Shipyard Plantation, a planned unit development (PUD). The master concluded Shipyard could not alter the assessment provisions and Shipyard appeals. We affirm.
