Mrs. Katheryn C. Dugan is the owner of an office building in the city of Hot Springs. She leased offices to the appellant, Dr. Browne, and thirteen others. These tenants abandoned their leases and Mrs. Dugan brought suit to collect for the rents which had accrued up to the time of the bringing of her suit.
