MEMORANDUM AND ORDER WEINSTEIN, District Judge. This is an action brought by stockholders for damages against a corporation and its principal officers and directors who allegedly manipulated stock prices to their own advantage by misleading investors. Prior procedural incidents have already been described. See, e. g., Dolgow v. Anderson, 438 F.2d 825 (2d Cir. 1970) ; 43 F.R.D. 21 (E.D.N.Y.1967);
