Appellant Marlon Jones appeals his convictions stemming from the death of his daughter Jania Parker-Jones.1 In his assertions of error, appellant contends the evidence was insufficient to convict, his trial counsel rendered constitutionally ineffective assistance, and the trial court abused its discretion by failing to grant a mistrial. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm on
