TOMLIN, Senior Judge. Lynn E. Wadlington (“plaintiff’) appeals from the judgment of the Shelby County Circuit Court granting summary judgment on her state law tort and contract claims. The trial court granted summary judgment on the grounds that all of plaintiffs claims were preempted by the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C.A. §§ 136-136y (1980 & Supp.1995).
