OPINION SUTTON, Circuit Judge. Barbara Fakhouri sought damages from a Tennessee ski resort after she suffered injuries while using a tramway on the resort’s property in August 2012. Because a Tennessee statute immunizes the ski resort from liability for this claim, we affirm the district court’s grant of summary judgment to the resort.
