JPMCC 2007-CIBC 19 East Greenway, LLC timely appeals from the order of the bankruptcy court confirming the Plan of Reorganization proposed by Debtor Ba-taa/Kierland LLC (hereinafter “Plan”). The bankruptcy court had jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(a), (b)(2)(A) and 1334. This Court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1), (c)(1)(A).
