PER CURIAM: In this case we review the propriety of a directed verdict granted in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Tillie Nicholson, against the defendant-appellants, Jackson County Commission and Sam Gant, II, Chairman. The plaintiff alleged that the defendant-appellants deprived her of both due process under the fourteenth amendment and freedom of speech under the first amendment. Finding no error, we affirm.
