This is an original proceeding in this court to review an order of the State Industrial Commission discontinuing the further payment of compensation to the petitioner by the respondent, coal company, for an accidental injury suffered by the petitioner while in the employ of such company. Counsel for petitioner contends that there is no evidence whatever to support the findings of fact of the Commission and the order based thereon. This calls for a review of the record on our part.
